- North of SLC (calendar): Highlights include Saturday farmers markets in Logan, Tremonton, and Ogden; Ogden Raptors baseball games June 6-11; Ogden Art Stroll (and Pride Palooza at the Copper Nickel) on F June 2; Clinton Heritage Days on Sat June 10; Ogden Arts Festival that same weekend; and—coming up—the first Layton Amphitheater concert (sold out!) on Sat June 17.
- South of Provo (calendar): Come build on the great progress Lisa R, Karen D, and others are making in these key state Senate districts by helping gather at Saturday farmers markets in St George, Cedar City, and Torrey, plus the Utah Summer Games opening ceremony (50,000 people!) on F June 9 in Cedar City and Springville Art City Days June 3-10.
- SLC to Provo (calendar): Utah Pride brings over 100,000 people to SLC on Saturday June 3 (music festival starts at 1pm) and Sunday June 4 (parade starts at 10am, music festival starts at 12pm) so: All hands on deck, especially Sunday June 4: email us to get in the loop! Tales from the Trails: The Ogden Marathon was full of smoke from shockingly-early-in-the-year wildfires in Alberta, but we still gathered almost 1,000 signatures (!) thanks to hard work from Casey, Dave, Dennis, Elise, Patty, and Yoram. And Keisha from Ogden’s Copper Nickel flagged us down to sign and to invite us to gather at their Pride Palooza on F June 2… we will be there!
The 100 Club: Those Ogden signatures haven’t been validated yet, and neither have a bunch of other packets, but we’re nearing 10,000 valid signatures total, so thanks to everyone who’s helped, and extra kudos to folks who have 100+ signatures (JJ, Brynn M, and Jan K), to folks who have 250+ signatures (Karen D and Dennis M), and to folks who have 500+ signatures (Lisa R, Dave C, and Yoram). There are over a dozen others who are on the board and within reach of the 100 Club… and there’s room for you too!
