We now have a draft of our measure (see overviews and summaries here, or check out the actual draft language), and we have a week before we will finalize it by filing our official proposal on T Jan 10. The broad outline of the policy remains the same ($100m a year for clean air programs, $50m a year for rural economies, eliminate the state sales tax on grocery store food, and pay for it all with a modest carbon tax on the fossil fuels that worsen local air pollution and global climate change) but we have lots of details to discuss.
